Corporate Social Responsibility
Above and beyond providing technology services, Damu Sasa has also been actively involved in beneficial community activities. These include the following:
1. Blood donation drives:
Damu Sasa introduced new ways of mobilizing blood donors, especially through its mobile applications. That has enabled Damu Sasa regularly partner with other corporate organizations across the country, to run blood drives, with the main aim of increasing blood volumes in hospitals and recruiting more regular and voluntary blood donors. 3. Advocacy for the improvement of blood services management across the country:
Damu Sasa has constantly been at the forefront of advocating for improved blood services in Kenya. We have constantly and consistently aired our views on how such improvements can be achieved, in newspaper publications, media engagements and speaking at conferences. Click on below for more.
4. Awareness creation on other health matters:
Damu Sasa partnered with various healthcare professionals, from different disciplines, to publish physician-led content meant to create awareness on seemingly ignored areas in healthcare. Click on this link to view the physician-led health reviews.
5. National blood services policy formulation:
